Problems with roles

For my project i built a cube (with Analysis Manager). Now i had to define
roles. After i done this, i tested each role and the restrictions seams to
work. But if a user who is member of a restricted role opens the cube with
Crystal Analysis 10.0, he can see all.
How could I solve this problem?
Message posted via http://www.droptable.comAnalysis Services enforces roles for in-bound connections regardless of
client. So I am sure that it isn't AS itself. Might this be a web-based
system? If so, then the connection coming into Analysis Services is not the
client, but rather the mid-tier user who is making the connection on your
behalf.

Problems when retrieving cubes schema using OleDb

Hello,

I'm using Analysis Service 9.0 OleDb provider to retrieve a schema from the data source as follows:

Code Snippet

olapConnection.GetOleDbSchemaTable(OLAPSchemaGuid.Cubes, new object[] { catalogName });

The problem is that I cannot get a cube list from some catalogs. For example, I can list cubes from the "OLAPTestCube" catalog, but I cannot do this from the "Adventure Works DW". It seems to me the problem appeared after upgrading SQL Server to SP2. What may cause this behavior?

Thank you,

I've got it. The solution was to call the OleDbConnection.ChangeDatabase method. It seems to me that GetOleDbSchema method works in scope of the current catalog.
